While declaring him as winner, the Chairman, PPN Presidential Primary Elections Committee Dare Adekolu, urged party members and Nigerians to support and vote for the party’s flagbearer in 2019 presidential election.

He said this support is hinged on the fact that PPN is on a path to reddem Nigeria and in turn save it from vices such as “poverty, lack, unemployment and underdevelopment”

In his acceptance speech, Al- Mustapha who was represented at the primaries by Zakaria Husseini, assured Nigerians that once given the mandate, he would exhibit good leadership, develop the country and in turn place it on a right path to achieve extensive growth.

Similarly, Husseini described the ex aide as a true Nigerian and experienced leader who would “provide the missing link in governance in Nigeria and ensure better lives for the citizenry in all spheres of the economy”.

Also while expressing his confidence in the flagbearer, PPN National Chairman, Razak Eyiowuawi said “the popularity, wealth of experience and Major Al-Mustapha and his appeal to a wide spectrum will help the party to victory. PPN is a force to reckon with. We are going into this election which we believe we can win with positive mind”.

He urged Nigeriand not to view the 2019 elections as a battle between APC and PDP noting that PPN is the real threat due to the possibility of its candidate winning the elections with a landslide victory.
