Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has sworn in Dr Emmanuel Ikwulono as the new Commissioner for Health and Human Services in the state.
Dr Ikwulono replaces Dr Sunday Ongbabo who resigned his appointment as the state Commissioner for Health last week.
