Federal government has set a September 5th resumption date for international flights.
Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika disclosed this on Thursday during the daily press briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19.
On the 17th of August, Sirika had announced that international flights will resume on the 29th as he said the principle of reciprocity will be applied.
While local flights have since resumed amid heavy COVID-19 protocol, international flights are yet to be restarted.
The federal government suspended both local and international flights on the 29th of March at the behest of the coronavirus pandemic.
