Television Continental (TVC) is back on air about four days after its headquarters in Lagos State was attacked by hoodlums.
However, it is still experiencing technical glitches.
Aledeh News had on Tuesday reported how the hoodlums set the TV station’s head office at Ketu on fire amid the unrest triggered by the #EndSARS protests.
The ladies of the popular breakfast show, Your View, were live on air when the building got under attack. But they were safely evacuated from the building.
The head office of The Nation newspaper was also attacked on the same day by hoodlums who set it on fire. It resumed operation on Friday.
The attack on the media houses were believed to be targeted at the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, who has been linked to them in the past.
Several other private and government-owned properties in the state were also destroyed following the shooting of unarmed #EndSARS protesters at Lekki Toll Plaza on Tuesday.
The State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, blamed the incident on “forces beyond our direct control.”
