CAC Deregisters NGO, ‘Enough Is Enough’

The Corporate Affairs Commission says it has cancelled the registration of the Business name “Enough is Enough BN 2210728” belonging to a non-governmental organisation, Enough is Enough (EiE).

In a series of tweets on Tuesday, the commission said it made the move because EiE deviated from its main objectives “over the cause of time.”

According to CAC, the NGO’s business name was registered in 2012 to engage in General Contracts and Sales of Sport Equipment/Promotion.

The commission said due to EiE’s deviation from its main objectives, it has removed the organisation from its database.

It advised the proprietors of the NGO to surrender the certificate earlier issued to them.
