Deputy Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Iroju Ogundeji, has been impeached.
Members of assembly voted to impeach him at the House plenary on Tuesday.
Ogundeji, who represents Odigbo constituency 2, was accused of gross misconduct which brought disrepute the house.
The lawmakers subsequently elected Samuel Aderoboye from Odigbo Constituency 2 as the new Deputy Speaker.
