Fire Breaks Out At Nigeria Immigration Service Headquarters

There was a fire outbreak at the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), headquarters in Abuja on Sunday Morning.
The NIS announced this via its Twitter page, saying the fire which has been put out by the firefighters, affected some of its Offices.
It noted that the cause of the fire is still being investigated and further assured that the incident will not affect the discharge of its duties.
“A fire incident occurred in our Service Headquarters this Morning. It affected some of our Offices.
“The fire has been put out by our Federal Fire Station&support from other agencies around the Airport.
“The cause of the fire is being investigated. We assure the public that the incident will not in any way affect the discharge of our services,” it tweeted.
