Buhari Vs Atiku: Tribunal Set To Deliver Judgement

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal is set to deliver judgment on the petition filed by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory in the February 23 general election.

The notice of the judgement was sent to the concerned parties on Tuesday.

Among those already sighted at today’s hearing include: The Chief of Staff (COS) to President Muhammad Buhari, Abba Kyari; Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs, Festus Keyamo, Minister of Labour, Chris Ngige; Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola; National chairman of the All Progressive Congress Adams Oshiomhole.

Security operatives comprising men of the Nigeria Police, the Department of State Services and the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps have also gathered within the vicinity of the venue.
