Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has showered praises on Taraba state N-Power beneficiary, Daniel Joshua for returning an unearned stipend of N60,000.
Joshua was enrolled into the scheme like many other Nigerians, but got a new job in April hence he was disengaged.
Though he was disengaged, Joshua was still paid the N-Power stipend for the months of May and June amounting to N60,000.
Just like the #ChangeBeginsWithMe initiative of the Buhari administration, Mr. Joshua contacted the N-Power officials and refunded the stipend.
Apparently pleased with the move, the Acting President took to micro blogging site, Twitter on Saturday, July 1 to praise the Taraba state indigene, describing his act as “a story of integrity”.
Osinbajo wrote: “Daniel refunded payments of N-Power stipends credited to him for the period he had already disengaged from #NPowerNG,” the acting president wrote.

In a similar vein, the N-Power management also commended Joshua for refunding the money.
“We are extremely proud of Daniel,” read a message on the official Twitter handle of N-Power.
