JUST IN: Derek Chauvin Convicted For George Floyd’s Death

Former Minneapolis Police officer, Derek Chauvin has been found guilty on all the three charges leveled against him in the death of George Floyd.

Chauvin has therefore been convicted and is to face up to 40 years in prison for second-degree murder, up to 25 years for third-degree murder and up to 10 years for second-degree manslaughter.

The jury in the murder trial of Chauvin found him guilty of killing George Floyd in May, 2020.

Chauvin’s bail was immediately revoked by the judge and he was escorted out of the courtroom with his hands cuffed behind his back.
