JUST IN: Nigeria Records 5 New COVID-19 Cases As Pandemic Tolls 214

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported five new cases of the novel coronavirus disease, COVID-19, in Nigeria.

According to a tweet via its verified Twitter handle, three cases were reported in Bauchi while two were reported in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

“Five new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria: 3 in Bauchi and 2 in the FCT,” the centre tweeted.

“As at 10:10 pm 4th April there are 214 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Twenty-five have been discharged with four deaths.”
