Shortly after announcing the dismissal of manager, Javi Gracia, the management of Watford has appointed former manager, Quique Flores Sanches as new manager.
Sanches, who left the Hornets in 2016 after helping them gain promotion was announced as the club’s new manager on Saturday.
He is expected to restore confidence back to a fledgling team that has won just one out of their last 10 games.
Flores had stints with Espanyol and Shanghai Shenhua after he left Watford and is highly regarded by the club’s fans.
The Spaniard also commands great respect and is considered a cult hero amongst the Hornets fan base.
