Kanu Nwankwo Launches N1bn Lotto To Support “Kanu Heart Foundation”

Former Super Eagles captain and Arsenal attacker, Kanu Nwankwo  has launched a N1 billion Lotto to enhance the activities of the Kanu Heart Foundation which was started in 2000 after the former Inter Milan forward was diagnosed of a heart problem and successfully underwent a surgery.

The foundation has been of great help not just to Nigerians but also to people beyond the boundaries of Nigeria. The foundation has helped to pay for 538 children to be treated at world class facilities all over the world, most especially, India.

Kanu, a philanthropist launched the biggest lotto in Africa to help raise more funds for the foundation to help construct a specialist cardiac hospital in Abuja.
