Manchester City have won the 2020/2021 Premier League, making the third title success in the last four years.
The defeat of their neighbouring club, Manchester United to Leicester on Tuesday means they now have an unassailable lead after 35 games.
The Championship comes a week after they booked their place in the UEFA Champions League final with an aggregate of 4-1 victory over Paris Saint-Germain.
This crowning has, therefore, sealed Pep Guardiola’s 10th major honour since he became City’s Coach in 2016.
Guardiola who stated that this has been the toughest campaign of his five-year Manchester City tenure expressed his pride at the winning of the title.
City’s first Premier League success under his leadership was in 2017-18 when they finished 19 points clear of the second-placed Manchester United.
