NCDC Records Lowest Daily COVID-19 Report Ever
Aledeh News reports that Nigeria has recorded the lowest COVID-19 cases ever on Sunday, 17 May 2021 with just 7 new cases and zero death.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily report said the new cases has brought the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 165,709.
The cases were recorded in just two states; Niger-5 and Rivers-2
Since the outbreak on February 27, 2020, a total of 2,066 persons have lost their lives to the virus while 156,413 have recovered and have been discharged.

Meanwhile, 1,811,795 eligible Nigerians have received their first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine.
