NigeriaEduSat-1 Satellite ISS Set For Deployment Today


Nigerian satellite named NigeriaEduSat-1 is set for deployment today, Friday, July 7, 2017.

The NigeriaEduSat-1 is part of constellation of 5 satellites which belongs to Japan, Ghana, Mongolia ,Nigeria and Bangladesh.

The satellite was developed by three Nigerians who are currently students at the Graduate school of Engineering of the Kyushu Institute of Technology, Kyushu, Japan.

The developers of the NigeriaEduSat-1 are Tejumola Taiwo Raphael, Adebolu Ibukun Oluwatobi and Reuben Ibne-Jikeme Umunna.
