You really do not get the Queen of the United Kingdom putting on the same colours as you but for the Oguntade family, it was a pleasant faux pas.
The Nigerian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, George Oguntade and his wife, Mrs Oguntade paid the Queen a visit at the Buckingham Palace as the Ambassador submitted his letter of credence only for a really adorable surprise to have its way through.
Oguntade wore a purple Agbada with cream stripes and completed it with a nice cap while his wife donned a Buba and Gele- a Nigerian outfit for females that was very nice to see too and of the same colours.
Coincidentally, the Queen also put on a gown that was just same colours as the Oguntades with a geometric pattern and it would have been a moment which could only have been best defined with a colourful picture.
The trio appeared to see the funny side, pictured laughing as they were introduced at the palace. Oguntade was boisterously received by the Queen and they shared smiles as they made fun out of the rare coincidence while the Queen also welcomed the Lebanese Ambassador to the United Kingdom.
