As part of efforts to curb cultism and other related crimes in the country, the Nigerian Police has launched a website, to widen its reach and communication channels.
The website was launched under its anti-cultism initiative, Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV).
POCACOV is the initiative of Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu aimed at saving Nigerian youths from the claws of cultism and other vices.
The National Coordinator of POCACOV, SP Ebere Amaraizu, announced the launch in a statement issued on Sunday in Enugu.
He added that the move was to galvanise followers nationwide to support the IG’s initiative to fully succeed.
“The Nigeria Police wishes to inform members of the public that POCACOV has widened its scope of communication to bridge communication gap between it and other stakeholders in the fight against cultism nationwide.
“POCACOV can now be reached on its website – www.pocacov.com
