Laolu Akande, Spokesman to the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo has denied news of the dismissal of 35 aides by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The aides have been reported to be working closely with the Vice President.
Akande, in a tweet on Thursday reacted to the story and said it should be disregarded as it is untrue.

He also tendered his apology to a Vanguard photojournalist, Abayomi Adeshida for the scuffle he had with security agents at the Presidential Villa.
Abayomi, who was at the Banquet Hall of the villa for a Summit hosted by Nigerians in the Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) was allegedly harassed by some Department of State Services (DSS) officials.
Akande said he has reached out to the journalist and apologised for any embarrassment he might have faced.
