President of the United States, Donald Trump has fired his National Security Adviser, John Bolton.
Trump revealed through his tweet on Tuesday, saying he disagrees with many of Bolton’s advice, like many others in his administration.
”I informed John Bolton last night that his services are no longer needed at the White House. I disagreed strongly with many of his suggestions, as did others in the Administration, and therefore I asked John for his resignation, which was given to me this morning.”
Trump further revealed that he would name a new advisor next week.
”I thank John very much for his service. I will be naming a new National Security Advisor next week.”
Bolton was formerly identified as one of Trump’s staunchest supporters as he backed many of his policies and plans, especially with regards to American security relations with other countries.
