A summit between Donald Trump and the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has ended in a deadlock.
The meeting failed because the United States refused North Korean demands for sanctions relief.
Officials say there is now a probability that North Korea may break off the U.S. talks and resume missile tests.
While the two leaders had been expected to announce progress on denuclearization, North Korea said it had made “realistic proposals” at the summit.
Meanwhile, President Trump has said that no plans had been made for a third summit, but he expressed optimism about a “good outcome” in the future.
