City thrashed BVB at their Signal Iduna Park in the 2nd leg of the quarter-finals with a 1-2 scoreline.
Jude Belligham at 15′ gave the Dortmund side a lead at the first half but things turned around as Riyad Mahrez scored an equalising goal through a penalty kick at 55′.
Phil Foden sealed the blues victory after netting a goal at the 75th minute, bringing City to an aggregate of 2-4 win over Dortmund.
City will face PSG, while Real are to clash with Chelsea in the semis.
Semi-finals draw: April 27/28 for first legs and May 4/5 for second legs.
